Colliers are appointed as Santander’s strategic property advisor regarding its property consolidation programme, acquisitions, disposals and lease advisory work. As part of this role, we managed the disposals of 111 branches earmarked for closure.
We have recently advised Santander on a strategic relocation to Bristol’s Cabot Circus.
